“AVC consulting and audit” LLC was founded in 2000. Based on the license given by the RA Ministry of Finance, the company has been providing audit services since 2001. The personnel of the company includes qualified auditors, qualified expert accountants, consultants and other specialists.
Since December 29, 2020, “AVC consulting and audit” LLC is a member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia NGO, formerly Armenian Association of Accountants and Auditors (AAAA).) The Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia NGO is a member of the International Foundation of Accountants (IFAC) since 2004. The employees of "AVC consulting and audit" LLC firmly follow the code of ethics established by IFAC and are required to attend at least 40 hours of continuous professional development courses per year.
